On August 12, we received a total of eight certificates from the Industrial Property Office by mail. All of our graphic trademarks were registered in the Trademark Register under numbers 374501 to 374508 on 7 August 2019. They will be published in the Office’s Bulletin on 21 August 2019. Another stage of the Association’s activities is successfully over. On 1 August 2019, the Industrial Property Office issued a total of eight notifications of the outcome of the assessment of comments, which on 6 February 6 Czech Wine Growers Association, z.s. filed purposefully and unnecessarily against our trademarks. All eight detailed analyzes of the Office on almost 30 pages end with the words: “The Office did not find, on the basis of considering the comments, that the marks applied for should be ineligible for registration in the Trade Mark Register”. This is certainly a very important and joyful news for us after almost six months. We will finally be able to fully comply with the Statutes of the Association, where we are committed to ensuring the protection and unmistakability of future premium and large wines by registered trademarks.
